Looking for something different in Zermatt village? Brasserie Uno is a casual fine-dining restaurant specialising in international flavours and inventive cuisine. We offer a delicious multi-course fixed surprise tasting-menu (no à la carte or children's menu), created using regional and seasonal products when possible. Our creative kitchen is run by head chef Luis Romo and chef Tommaso Guardascione. We are a sustainable, minimum food waste restaurant. Book ahead to enjoy warm service and cosy atmosphere. Now with 1 Michelin Star, 1 Michelin Green Star for sustainable gastronomy and 14 Gault Millau points. Reservations essential.
