Zermatt Tourism together with zermatt.ch guarantees the most reasonable price. If you see the same offer in the same travel timeframe at a lower published price with the same cancelation terms and conditions, we will refund you for the difference.
We guarantee you that you will receive the best possible price at the time you make your booking on zermatt.ch. Should you find the same offer on another website at the same reasonable price within 24 hours, please send us a detailed screenshot to the following e-mail address:

As long as the following criteria are fulfilled, we will be happy to adjust the price for you:
- The date for the check-in and checkout are the same.
- It has to do with the same providers (hotel, holiday apartment, etc.)
- The same guidelines apply to both offers (breakfast, additional services, cancellation terms and conditions, room type, etc.).
- You must inform us immediately about another, more reasonable offer and send us the link to the corresponding website, where the lower price must be visible.
- When we check this, it still must be possible to book the other offer online.
- If we are not able to adjust our offer because of deviations in the above listed criteria, the cancellation conditions of the respective provider apply under the General Terms and Conditions of Zermatt Tourism.
Please note that your best-price guarantee does not apply in the following instances:
- When it is not clearly visible which provider is involved in the other offer.
- When it is clear in the other offer that it has to do with a special member price, with loyalty points or quantity discounts or with another bonus programme.
- When you only inform us about the other offer after more than 24 hours from the time you made your booking.
