Our Executive Chef Tony Rudolph is a master of his art: the art of setting the perfect stage for the synergies of different tastes and thus for the authenticity of local Alpine and seasonal quality products. Pure, uncomplicated, modern – often with a twist and flavourful nuances of faraway places. We process only the best products. Due to the regionality and to our focus on quality rather than quantity, we strongly promote sustainability.

Our small but excellent à la carte menu fulfils all preferences and offers intriguing options. Additionally, all dishes excel in vegetarian finesse – however, for those who love fish and meat we will create delicacies that harmonise perfectly with the menu. Guests who like to be surprised, we seduce with a 4-course-menu that embraces chosen components from the à la carte menu as well as from the highlight of the day, accompanied by corresponding beverages.
