The Dorfweg Randa (Randa village path) promises a restful and soothing walk close to the village. The path is easy, as it is cleared regularly, and the views back down to the village are lovely.

Randa (station) - Randa village - Randa (station)

(Hiking time in reverse direction: approx. 1h 30)

This hike is marked on the signposts as “Dorfweg Randa”.

We recommend:

  • Good footwear
  • Hiking poles (optional)
  • Warm winter clothing appropriate for the weather

If you look north while underway, you can see also in winter a huge debris cone on the left side of the valley. This is a remnant of a massive rockslide in 1991.

Additional information and recommendations are available from the guest information centre at Randa station.
