Pop-up restaurant “La Piscina” from December 2023 – by CERVO

From Winter 2023 the five-star Hotel CERVO Mountain Resort located at Untere Mattenstrasse 50 in Zermatt is opening its “La Piscina” pop-up restaurant.

Welcome to the “La Piscina” pop-up restaurant by CERVO! 

“La Piscina” opens its doors from 7 December 2023 to 4 February 2024 in the former Hotel Sunstar, now known as Rising Sun. Guests can look forward to Italian home-style cuisine by Gaia and Silvia in a unique setting – the hotel's former swimming pool. 

The pop-up concept features an Italian 4-course menu in unusual surroundings.
