In the new Restaurant Potato, the eponymous vegetable is the superstar


In the new fine dining Restaurant Potato on Bahnhofstrasse in Zermatt, this vegetable is used in the majority of the dishes. There is also a focus on local sourcing, with most ingredients coming from within a maximum 50 km radius around Zermatt. At lunchtime, guests can select dishes from the à la carte menu while in the evening, they can choose between three, five or seven courses as part of a surprise menu. This is changed twice a week.
