The Casa della Luce was build in 2006. It was built to the "Minergie" standard and this offers an excellent standard of comfort. By the same token, our guests can enjoy the house's own exclusive health facilities, featuring whirlpools, steam bath and sauna, where you can thoroughly relax after a strenuous day up in the world of Zermatt's peaks

Spacious newly built 4 ½ room apartment with a gross floor area of 120 m2 featuring three double bedrooms for 6 people and a walk-in closet. From the sunny apartment and its surrounding balcony, you have a great view of the Matterhorn. It is equipped in a modern way with two bathrooms (shower/WC and bathtub/WC) and a quality kitchen with all the comforts such as a glass ceramic hob, a stove, a dishwasher, a fridge, and a "Delizio" capsule coffee machine.
For the first rental day a starter set with a garbage bag, coffee capsules, soap, and shampoo are provided.

The living room features an LCD screen with international cable TV and a DVD player as well as free Wifi.

Located in Zermatt´s Winkelmatten quarter, our house was built acc. to the Minergie environmental standard in 2009. Enjoy the feeling of doing something good for nature in your holidays! The house contains three holiday apartments and the host´s apartment. Its highlight is the external whirlpool heated with geothermal energy that provides a magnificent of the Matterhorn.

House/Residence

Large apartment house "Primavista", 6 storeys. In the district of Wiesti 700 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 450 m, bakery 700 m, bicycle rental 500 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Spiss" 210 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 700 m, underground station "Sunnegga" 500 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 210 m, ski school 500 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Studio-Penthouse, balcony, well-kept furniture, shower/toilet, cable-TV, radio CD, elevator, checkroom. The mountain railways Sunnegga and Gornergrat are only 3-5 min. by foot, so are the railway station and the centre. The electro bus stop is in front of the house. Convenient for pedestrians. Calm.

Centrally located holiday chalet Vieux Moulin – Old Mill House – Garden Apartment is a 95 sqm three bedroom bright garden apartment which gives on to its own charming lawn and south facing deck with Matterhorn views.
There are two double bedrooms (one with twin mattresses), while the third bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together. There is just one bathroom, with a bath-tub and separate shower and WC.
Two of the three bedrooms have French windows leading to the garden, as does the living room. The garden has a wonderful grass lawn with flower borders in the summer, and is covered in snow in the winter (depending on snow conditions). Perfect for kids whatever the season. And in its centre is the old grinding stone from the original water mill.
The apartment is freshly renovated featuring high quality Scandinavian style furniture and a Sonos sound system. The beds are superbly comfortable!
The kitchen with its marble work surface is spacious and open plan, with everything you might need – dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine.

It is located in the centre of Zermatt, at the end of a quiet dead-end street, next to the church and a mountain river. And the heart of old Zermatt is literally around the corner, with numerous shops, amenities and restaurants, while the electric ski bus stop is just around the other corner. Although you are in the middle of this bustling resort, the Old Mill House sits in an oasis of calm, where the main things you will hear are bird song and the church bells.
