Zonta is committed to improving the lives of women in legal, political, professional and health terms. The conference will include project awards, lectures and workshops. Highlight of the event will be the keynote speech by Zarifa Ghafari, an Afghan lawyer, activist and politician. She was listed among the 100 most inspiring and influential women from around the world by the BBC in 2019 and named an "International Woman of Courage" by the US State Department in 2020.
