Any Swiss gastronomy business can take part in the “Best of Swiss Gastro”, which includes take-aways, cafés, family restaurants and bars. The “Best of Swiss Gastro” expert jury nominated 102 innovative Swiss food providers in total. A range of businesses entered the public vote over two months, with ten thousand ratings submitted. These were combined with the expert jury's decision to provide an overall score.
The @Paradise in Findeln wins the Activity category. In addition to good food, this category also rewards beautiful views and unique experiences. Riffelhaus 1853 was also nominated in this segment.
The Bazaar by CERVO Mountain Resort takes second place in the Trend category. This section recognises restaurants that stand out by impressing customers with innovative practice – an area that will stay high on the agenda in the future.
The Pöstli Stübli has been voted the third best restaurant across Switzerland in the Classic category, which honours traditional, classic and authentic Swiss restaurants.
