“Refined simply - simply refined!” This is the theme for the summer terrace of the renowned After Seven "Diner's Club” brasserie. Nestled between small herb beds, summery sandwiches will be lovingly prepared by hand and fresh, crunchy salads served here in the centre of Zermatt this year – directly in front of the Backstage Hotel. From 6 pm, the Diner's Club with 15 GaultMillau points and a host of new creations invites you to dine on the second floor of the hotel. And from 7 pm, the legendary Vernissage Bar turns day into night.
