The south balcony offers a beautiful view of the Matterhorn and the garden, where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning or watch the sunset over the Alps in the evening. From the west balcony you can enjoy a wide view of the western mountain range. The bathroom has a washbasin with a stone basin and a bathtub with integrated shower. Everything is clean and functionally designed.

House Vira

The house Vira is situated on a hill in the southern part of Zermatt in the quiet village part Winkelmatt/obere Tuftra. It is surrounded by meadows and woods and a beautiful garden. From the house Vira you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Matterhorn and the surrounding mountains. It is ideally located on the hiking trails towards Schwarzsee, Findeln and Gornergrat and the ski slope return from Gornergrat and Schwarzsee towards Winkelmatten and Zermatt. The bus stop is about 200 away. In Winkelmatten you can eat excellently in two restaurants and there is a small food shop next to the chapel. Due to its quiet location on the edge of the village, it is the perfect place for sportsmen, hikers and nature lovers or people who like to relax away from the hustle and bustle. The flats have all been recently renovated and offer a pleasant comfort. The house has a lift and Wi-Fi connection. The guests are looked after by the owner family.

Comfortable apartment with Matterhorn view

Like more than 100 guests over the last 10 years, you will be delighted by your stay in our cosy holiday home in Zermatt! In this resort free of petrol-driven vehicles, you will enjoy the atmosphere of a mountain village, yet with most of the services available in a city.
The building is located close to the train station, in a very quiet and sunny area. The ski lifts are close by: Gornergrat station at 300 m., Sunnega-Express at 400 m., shuttle bus stop for the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise at 50 m. Shops and restaurants are also close by: 3-6 minutes on foot.
The 3.5 room apartment consists of a large living room, two bedrooms with single/double beds, a large fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, and two large balconies with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn and the Saas Valley. The apartment was completely renovated in 2010, comfortably furnished and has been carefully maintained ever since as the owners also stay here occasionally. It offers cable TV and Wifi. The use of the shared washing machine is included, as well as all services, taxes and supplies (final cleaning, visitor's tax, bedding, towels and kitchen linen).

Haus Vieux Moulin

Centrally located holiday chalet Vieux Moulin – Old Mill House – Garden Apartment is a 95 sqm three bedroom bright garden apartment which gives on to its own charming lawn and south facing deck with Matterhorn views.
There are two double bedrooms (one with twin mattresses), while the third bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together. There is just one bathroom, with a bath-tub and separate shower and WC.
Two of the three bedrooms have French windows leading to the garden, as does the living room. The garden has a wonderful grass lawn with flower borders in the summer, and is covered in snow in the winter (depending on snow conditions). Perfect for kids whatever the season. And in its centre is the old grinding stone from the original water mill.
The apartment is freshly renovated featuring high quality Scandinavian style furniture and a Sonos sound system. The beds are superbly comfortable!
The kitchen with its marble work surface is spacious and open plan, with everything you might need – dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine.
Chalet Vieux Moulin is the perfect family holiday spot. Central, modern and spacious ground floor apartment, in the heart of the village, with a terrace and a garden looking at the Matterhorn.
It is located in the centre of Zermatt, at the end of a quiet dead-end street, next to the church and a mountain river. And the heart of old Zermatt is literally around the corner, with numerous shops, amenities and restaurants, while the electric ski bus stop is just around the other corner. Although you are in the middle of this bustling resort, the Old Mill House sits in an oasis of calm, where the main things you will hear are bird song and the church bells.

Penthouse Zen accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 en-suite bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom with study area opens onto the south facing balcony with stunning Matterhorn views. There is an en-suite bathroom with large Jacuzzi bath and shower. There are two further en-suite double bedrooms, which can be Double bed or two twin beds. Bathroom 3 offers a jacuzzi bath and steam shower, and is also accessible to all guests from the hall. There is a very large family style living room with double height windows, central hanging steel fireplace, bar, open plan kitchen and dining area. Stairs lead up to a Gallery with partial glass floor.
Daily cleaning and a mid-week linen change is included in the price. Breakfast can be arranged for additional price. For larger groups up to 16 guests, you can combine the Penthouse with our Chalet Zen, just opposite.

Haus Kirchplatz 4, (Zermatt).

The Kirchplatz house, located in a traditional wooden alpine building dating from the 1870s, has just been renovated with the greatest care. It is located in the heart of Zermatt, directly on the church square, with direct access to the main street with its shops, restaurants and other attractions. Facing south with a view of the Matterhorn, the apartment is only a few minutes walk from the main lifts. It is hard to be more comfortable and better located.

Located directly on the church square, it is 3 minutes from the shops. The nearest restaurants and bars are located in the immediate vicinity of these apartments. The bus stop that takes you to the various lifts is only 150m away.

Chalet Whistler, which is in a traditional alpine wooden building dating from 1870´s, has just been renovated to the highest standards. It is located in the heart of Zermatt, just off the church square, with immediate access to the main street with its shopping, restaurants and other sites. South facing with a view of the Matterhorn the apartment is within easy walking distance of the main ski lifts. Difficult to be more comfortable and better situated.
