"We stayed in 22 Summits for the 3d year in a row. First we were pushed by Covid pandemic to come to Zermatt, because of all other skiing countries were closed. But then we ended up coming every next season, because of this very lovely place we found. Modern, clean, caring staff, nice SPA and more. It feels just like home now. Everything is there for you to get a perfect skiing vacation. Highly recommend"

"Sadly Zermatt of today is not the romantic and quaint ski town I used to enjoy during my visits back in the 1980s. 22 Summits was the highlight of this recent trip. The hotel is well located and designed with skier needs in mind. The rooms are wonderful, well furnished with great views. The staff is very professional and very friendly. The breakfast and spa facility is excellent. A couple of comments for the management's consideration; 1) It is time to change the bed Mattresses. 2) Provide some food at the hotel."

"We travelled to Zermatt with my girlfriend, both of us are true ski lovers. We really found this hotel absolutely beautiful and comfortable for two people. Starting from reception, where everything looks welcoming, nice, cozy and "home-like", you'll be met by the wonderful people from reception. Our room had a brilliant Matterhorn view and big windows. The room was very clean, spacious, with a lot of storage options. The bathroom had both, shower cabin and a bathtub. The spa is more than enough for a cozy relaxing evening after skiing. There are many more things we loved about this Hotel, but you need to check it out yourself!"

"We would return to stay at 22 Summits in a heartbeat! We are very much hoping that you might be able to find an apartment for us so that we can return as a family of 5 for Christmas. The rooms are sophisticated and yet still very comfortable. We had the most wonderful view of the Matterhorn. The spa facilities are excellent; the breakfast was exactly what one wants before a day's skiing and the staff were super efficient with restaurant recommendations and reservations. The only thing we could suggest would be to perhaps one evening in the week to offer a light supper in the hotel: a bowl of soup or a plate of cheese as if you have had a decent lunch, you don't always want to go out for a big dinner - especially if it's cold! I know you are doing weekend pop-ups, but perhaps 1 day in the week as well? We had a most enjoyable stay - thank you!"

"22 summits was exactly what we were looking for. A boutique hotel and a super cozy stay near the lift of wonderful ski mountain. From the staff, to the breakfast, the location, the spa.. everything met our expectations. However, the only grey area and very meaningful to us was that we were paying for a Matterhorn view room and 201 room that we were given was nothing close to that. Our view was to the wall of the hot tub."

"22 Summits was amazing. If we were to go again I would definitely be staying here. The service was great as 22 Summits is family owned and operated. They did everything I asked and made sure we were well taken care of. Our room was excellent and was cleaned perfectly everyday. Our Matterhorn view did not disappoint, amazing view of the Matterhorn every morning when we woke up. The staff was exceptionally nice and pleasant to deal with. The spa was great and going to the hot tub every night is a must. Location was amazing, a quick 2 minute walk to the ski lift and only a 4 minute walk to down town. Absolute 10/10 experience and would recommend it to anyone making there way to Zermatt."

"The 22 Summits Boutique Hotel holds very high standards in terms of hospitality driven by family-owned, teamwork, information accuracy, room cleanliness & usefulness, logistics (shuttle commute between the station and the hotel and access to the Matterhorn Express), cozy bar, quietness, privacy, comfortable size, engineered gear storage, and view of Matterhorn, etc. and more. Not serving dinner seems to be the right decision. Because the team can focus on the core part of the jobs. I would like to come back sometime next year with my wife to celebrate our 60th birthday. "We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. Room was very cozy, modern, clean and had a nice view to the Matterhorn. We had booked the Explore Zermatt package that also included a planed hiking route & backbag filled with nice picnic food. Spa/sauna area was great plus after the day outdoors. Zermatt center is within walking distance and hiking trails start from the hotel door. Transfers to the train station and back were included, which was nice with the luggage. Family run business with nice staff always ready to help with restaurant recommendations and other requests. We would be happy to stay here again."

From the moment a staff representative called us to inform about the complimentary shuttle service upon our arrival I knew this would be an amazing experience. "It was our first stay at your beautifully designed hotel. The rooms are nicely fitted and the top quality of all the materials gives a real sense of luxury. The spa is well equipped, peaceful, and welcoming. The breakfast was perfect, with choices catering to all our needs while not overwhelmingly supplied unlike other places where you feel there will be a lot of waste. Staff was efficient and nice. It was a pleasure staying with you and meeting Mrs Julen who drove us back to the taxi station on the last day. We’ll definitely come back either at the hotel or the appartements!"

"Prior to my arrival, I requested a room with a view of the Matterhorn as it was a special weekend for me and my now Fiance. They put us in the most amazing room with a perfect view of the Matterhorn as asked and everything in the room was clean and comfy. "This hotel was perfect for our June trip to Zermatt. It is very clean and cozy. The breakfast was delicious each morning, with a large variety of breakfast foods. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well decorated. We were glad to have USB charging ports in the room for our phones, since we only brought one adapter. The balcony with a Matterhorn view was so special and relaxing. We loved the hotel location—very close to the gondolas to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, as well as hiking trails. It was on the quieter side of town, which we loved. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, train station, etc. with no problems. I would recommend 22 Summits to anyone without hesitation. We loved it!"
