Ascending in the Guide Michelin Switzerland 2016 heavens with its second star is the After Seven restaurant in the Hotel Backstage. The radiant chef Ivo Adam proved that with imagination, creativity, diligence and care guests could be surprised with the best, time and again.
For four years, the restaurant has been a steadfast location for astonishing cuisine. Hotelier and artist Heinz Julen is exceptionally proud of the award given to the chef in his restaurant: “But do not worry, the prizes have not gone through the roof,” he said reassuringly. With the 1818 restaurant, Julen has one more enterprise, which has been noticed and acclaimed by the Guide Michelin.
In addition, three mountain restaurants are mentioned in the guide: the Findlerhof, Zum See and Chez Vrony.
The After Seven restaurant is only open in the winter as is the Le Capri. The After Seven will open its doors to welcome guests once again on 8 December 2016.
