Ski fun for the entire family – everyone finds something perfect around the Gornergrat/Riffelberg ski area. Jump on the Gornergrat Bahn! Gondola fans can make the trip to Riffelberg with the Riffelberg Express from the Furi station in the valley.

With a Wolli Card, children up to age nine travel free on all of the mountain lifts, overnight at no charge in many of the hotels and holiday apartments, pay no holiday taxes and are the invited guests at all of the Wolli events.

Skiing is even more fun when you ski with your peers. Our ski schools in Zermatt offer group lessons for everyone beginning with our youngest guests.

At Riffelberg, the youngest skiers are welcomed by the ZERMATTERS beginner’s park with a magic carpet and a unique view of the Matterhorn. The Riffelberg Restaurant is practically next-door, so that a food break can be taken at any time.

By the way, you can also practice well in the Wolli Beginner’s Park at Sunnegga. Here, small and big snow bunnies learn to ski in a sunny and sheltered location.

While the youngest are challenging the beginner’s park, the extensive and pleasant slopes around Gornergrat welcome the experienced skiers.

Those looking for an even greater challenge have many open options. For example, you can take the slope to Furi or even change all the way to Sunnegga/Rothorn via Gant.

At the latest, around lunchtime all expectations can be reunited. Our mountain restaurants leave no request unfulfilled even if it is just a plate of chips or French fries.

Time for a hot chocolate break. At the Igloo Bar in the Igloo Village, where you could also enjoy a glass of homemade white igloo mulled wine.

Anyone not yet tired after an intensive day of skiing can visit the cuddly black nose sheep in the village in the evening and also learn about the animals and traditional farming.
