The rustic-homely Schäferstube is the most traditional of the nine Julen businesses – without adding a tiny speck of dust. Contemporary, versatile, sincere and simply delicious. Paul Julen pursues his two great passions with the rustic-homely “stübli” (traditional lounges): the life of a publican and a shepherd.
