The After Seven in the Hotel Backstage Vernissage helps Zermatt become a "place with a 2-Star restaurant." According to the 2018 Guide Michelin for Switzerland, the After Seven is one of the 22 best restaurants in Switzerland.
The following can be read about the After Seven in the gastronomy guide: "The space has elements of what might be called "chic design"; the eye-catcher is the open kitchen. Here, top products are processed to achieve something modern and creative." These words of praise have been won by the two chefs, Ivo Adam and Florian Neubauer.
The Ristorante Capri also gets great marks. The 2018 Guide Michelin for Switzerland gave the Italian restaurant in the Hotel Mont Cervin Palace a Michelin Star. 14 other Zermatt restaurants were given a Michelin Plate.
