As part of a professional trip to Switzerland, a group of bakers and confectioners from South Korea visited the Fuchs bakery in Zermatt. The South Korean colleagues work at the highest professional level, with some taking part in the world championship in Paris. Many of the participants are responsible for up to 60 bakeries in South Korea.
Despite the distance and different cultures, both the Fuchs bakery staff and the Korean bakers felt the experience in Switzerland provided a positive and interesting exchange. One of the Korean visitors taking part in the Swiss Technical Training said: “The products in Korea are different, but the Swiss products are also delicious.”
