New kitchen team for vis-à-vis restaurant at Kulmhotel Gornergrat
The 3100 Kulmhotel Gornergrat will feature a new kitchen team and local menu from June 2022. Head Chef Dominic Adamantidis, who previously led the kitchen at the 5-star Hotel Schweizerhof in Zermatt will launch a new menu with a highly motivated team. The new menu in the vis-à-vis restaurant will feature new interpretations of traditional Valais recipes, using fresh, local ingredients wherever possible.
Open daily from 4 June, with hot food served from 12 – 3 pm.
Blue Lounge open
The Blue Lounge at Blauherd Station will be open this summer from 2 July to 29 August 2022. Guests can look forward to hamburgers and nachos as well as traditional Valais dishes and Ben & Jerry's ice cream. The Blue Lounge will also partner with Domaines Chevaliers to offer an exquisite selection of Valais wines.
