The CERVO Mountain Resort has created the Democratic Mountain Community to improve its COVID-compliant hospitality. Registered members of the new guest community receive exclusive access to online reservations for the après ski area. With reservations available for up to six people, guests can avoid queues and their details are automatically recorded at the entrance for contract tracing purposes. Upon arrival, guests are guided to their seats in one of three zones, each with separate entrances and space for 250 people.
Other benefits include priority reservations in the CERVO restaurants, a 10 per cent bonus each time credit is loaded onto the Community Card – which can also be used as a payment card – and access to promotions and special events.
