Suzanne's advice for the women:
I'm sure you are preparing really well for this event and that’s the best thing you can do to ensure that the ascent goes well. We’ll give you the finishing touches with some specific training during the intensive training week. Remember - Stay relaxed and open to new experiences. Don't be too stubborn or force anything, take it step by step, one thing at a time.
Arrive feeling on top form, and in the weeks before the ascent take regular exercise, have a balanced diet and try to minimise alcohol and cigarettes. There’ll be time to celebrate after the ascent.
