New funicular SunneggaSince 2002, the Zermatt Bergbahnen AG has invested a total of CHF 336 million:
- CHF 173 million in transport facilities
- CHF 83 million in pistes and artificial snow systems
- CHF 25 million in piste vehicles
- CHF 55 million in other facilities
- 8-seat gondola lift for Matterhorn-Express (2 sections)
- 6-seat chair lift with hoods at Furggsattel Gletscherbahn
- 6-seat chair lift with hoods at Gifthittli
- Extension of Gandegg ski lift
- 8-seat gondola & 6-seat chair lift (comb-lift) Sunnegga paradise - Blauherd
- Lift at Riedweg to the Stollen of the Sunneggabahn
