Zermatt Unplugged, the somewhat different music festival, will present three very special events during the Christmas week: The Bach Collegium Zürich will perform “A Venetian Christmas”. James Walsh and Marlon Roudette will play concerts at the Vernissage.
Nine acts have confirmed shows at the Marquee Stage, Vernissage and Sunnegga Sessions: Today, Thursday 12 December 2013 at 12 pm, Zermatt Unplugged will launch the advances sales for the 7th festival with new stages and international artists.
On 23 August 2014, the Matterhorn Ultraks Trail will enter its second round. Registration for the races started on Sunday, 8 December 2013. Participants and spectators will be happy to hear that a new track has been added to the competition.
According to sightsmaps.com, the Google web portal, the Matterhorn is the most photographed mountain in the world. The ranking shows that no other mountain in the world is snapped as frequently as Zermatt’s Matterhorn.
