The Zermatt Dog Worlds is taking placer for the first time from 30.06.2010 to 06.07.2010 in cooperation with the Hotel Simi and the Seiler Hotel Mont Cervin Palace. At five different events, subjects with regard to the successful dialogue between human beings and dogs will be handled.

The Swiss Pavilion at the World Expo in Shanghai is attracting the most visitors thanks to its main attraction – a chair lift, jointly operated by Zermatt Bergbahnen AG, which takes visitors through a simulated alpine world.

The Kleineisenbahn Gurten (Gurten mini-railway) is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2010. Various anniversary activities are planned, including an anniversary event celebrating the opening and operation of the KOMETIN (Little Comet) mini-railway of the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn with its new rack railway section at the Gurten play area.
