100 kilometres of pistes now open in Zermatt and Italy
The weather gods have made it possible: As of Saturday, 23 November, a total of 100 km of pistes in the Zermatt ski region will be perfectly prepared for your ultimate fun in the snow.
For Saturday it is planned, the sun will shine on the Matterhorn and its surroundings, giving skiers an unforgettable experience on perfectly that 100 km pistes in the Zermatt and Cervinia/Italy skiing region will be prepared if the weather allows. Open all year round, the Zermatt ski region is expanding by the day, since last Saturday from 48 km to now 100 km.
Snow sport enthusiasts can choose to slide down to Plan Maison on the south-side of the Matterhorn (Italy) and the Theodul glacier area on the Swiss side. Alternatively, they can choose both sides and open the season with a bang.
On the Swiss side, the pistes on the Theodul Glacier are open, also some pistes on the Italian Side down to Plan Maison.
