Acoustic music takes centre stage in Zermatt from 12 to 16 April. Zermatt Unplugged, the only festival of its kind in the world, welcomes international stars, newcomers and Swiss music greats. Over five days, no fewer than 35 bands and soloists will give over 40 unplugged concerts– meaning playing exclusively with acoustic instruments. And all that from midday until well into the early hours.

The annual Zermatt Unplugged festival comes around again for the fourth time from the 12th – 16th April 2011. Against a magnificent background of mountain scenery and amongst spring snow, international superstars and newcomers will be rocking the Matterhorn village on eight festival stages over a period of four days. And they will only be using acoustic instruments. An inspiration for the musicians. A real pleasure for visitors.
