Climate Audio Trail Zermatt - Rotenboden - New Monte Rosa Hut

In the summer of 2010, the Gornergrat Bahn and myclimate are presenting the new Climate Audio Trail from Zermatt to Rotenboden (2,815 metres above sea level) and on to the newly constructed Monte Rosa Hut (2,883 m a.s.l.). Guests are thereby guided into another time, another climate and another geography during the three-hour hike by an audio guide with nine five-minute climate stories. The audio guides (DE, EN, FR) can be borrowed from the Gornergrat Bahn at the valley station of the Gornergrat Bahn and from Zermatt Tourism against a deposit of CHF 50.-. Anyone who would prefer to obtain the information over his own mobile phone can download it as a podcast from www.klimahoerpfad.ch or from one of the units provided at the valley station of the Gornergrat Bahn in Zermatt.
