Patrick's cuisine focuses on genuine and high quality basic produce. Perhaps you will meet him on his search for new elements for his dishes. He has already gathered the spruce needles for the jus. His cuisine is innovative and yet grounded, tried and tested meets surprising, the traditional is given a new interpretation. Or, preferably simple, without any frills and delicious - our veal cutlet in an Emmental sauce. We also offer surprise menus, if you pre-book, 5 courses CHF 135, 6 courses CHF 145.
