Guests will be able to enjoy the cinema without charge: the experience is included in the Matterhorn glacier paradise ticket. At the dizzying height of 3,883 m, a variety of films will be shown, some of which show the impressive mountain world surrounding the Matterhorn. Designed in shades of blue to reflect the interior of a crystal, the cinema is located in a side tunnel of the mountain. The blue colours make the visitors feel like inside of a crystal.

From a large window in the side tunnel of the Peak Matterhorn glacier paradise, guests can also observe rope parties of mountaineers climb the snow and ice on the nearby Breithorn peak (4,164 m).

The same area also houses a 3-metre high Matterhorn replica which serves as a climbing rock for children. The designers also plan to install so-called cocoons, colourful egg-shaped seats hanging from the ceiling. Lined with sheepskin rugs, this cinema seats will provide a special cuddly atmosphere (as of August 2014).

The loungy chill-out area is perfect for guests who do not feel like climbing to the observation deck in severe weather.
