TrustScore
The TrustScore makes it easier to get a first impression about a holiday property (for example, location, price, service, rooms, food, etc.).
The TrustYou company collects recommendations and reviews from about 100 review sites in more than 20 languages from around the world. Using this, an overall score is calculated, the so-called TrustScore. A hotel or holiday flat receives such a score based on guest commentaries. This says much more than one evaluation by one guest or from one rating site.
Neither the hosts nor Zermatt Tourism has any influence over the evaluations and thus over the TrustScore.
