The trip with the car train takes 20 minutes. Those who have travelled longer distances have some time to relax. Afterwards, the trip continues to Visp and Täsch (5 km from Zermatt). There the automobile is parked and one changes to the Zermatt shuttle train for the convenient arrival in the middle of auto-free Zermatt.
